We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means customer have 3 days after receiving the item to request an exchange or return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: For exchange if customer received wrong order then we will exchange it in free within 3 days, but in case if customer want to change item then for exchange customer have to pay delivery charges which is 15 Dirham Only. ( product must be not used and not opened)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Â
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Note: Delivery Charges will be applied on all exchange orders which is 15 Dirham.

Refunds
For refund we will deduct 1 side delivery charges which is 15 Dirham rest amount we will transfer in your account or we will send cash with driver.
